31DC2013 Day 5: Blue Nails!

Hi, there rainbow ponies!! How you doing? Hope you're doing great! I wish I was doing great buttttt ohmygod! I still can't get over my broken nail and that I had to chop the rest of my nails:'(
I guess I'll have to get used to this and rock my baby nails while they grow.

Today I did a simple blue manicure featuring glequins! At first I was like "Blue? Def using China Glaze For Audrey" but then I realized I used that blue too much and that I needed to use some other blue polishes I have so I went for Color Club Cold Metal!
I also realized I've been doing simple designs for all these color series for the 31 Day Challenge, which is good because that means I haven't used designs for any other day.

Anyways, here it is! The blue day!! (Excuse my super tiny baby nails)

As I said the color I used is Color Club Cold Metal, obviously, with topcoat but it looks really different with and without topcoat. It looks like a metallic blue without topcoat and it has more of a denim finish with topcoat.

I applied the silver glequins with nail glue and used two topcoats over the design. It's a glequin french mani!

My nails are soooo small!!! Like the difference is huge! Wow, I won't get over this in at least a couple more days...
I hope you liked this manicure that looked so cute with all the tiny nails -.- , still cute though.

Love, Pam♥

31DC2013 Day 4: Green Nails!

Hello, lacquered beauties! I'm sorry for the delay but it was a long weekend here in Mexico and I couldn't bring myself to post but I'm here now!!
I also have bad news (for myself). After a tough battle with my dog that didn't want to go outside I accidentaly broke my index finger nail and by break I mean really break. Like completely. Didn't hurt a lot but I had to cut all my other nails to match... :( I still left my right nails long but stiiiiiiil :'(
Anyways I'm still having a hard time accepting this, but maybe it's for the best. My thumb nail had yellowed and my other nails where starting to too, don't know why since I use two coats of base coat and don't use colors that tend to yellow my nails a lot, besides, my right nails aren't yellow at all!

Well, before all that drama happened I did the green day on saturday! I decided to go veeeery simple because the color I used didn't need a lot more. When I first thought of green I could only think of this majestic color.

For this mani I used China Glaze Running In Circles and for my accent nails China Glaze Graffiti Glitter over China Glaze Swing Baby.

Srsly the pictures don't make any justice to this beautiful glimmery green that's gorgeous on its own (besides, I own a really crappy camera so...).
On a side note, I love LOVE the green glitter with black bar and circle glitter combo in Graffiti Glitter!

Now, with much more sad news here are my chopped nails :'(

I mean, look at the difference!! :'( I'm gonna go to sleep and hope to dream about longer nails that can last forever.

Hope you liked this subtle and simple mani for the fourth day of the 31 Day Challenge! I'm already working on day five and I'll be posting tomorrow, so... see you soon, loves!!

31DC2013 Day 3: Yellow Nails!

Heeeeello, beautiful ponies! I'm sorryyyy it's technically tomorrow but I'm gonna pretend as it's September 10th and my yellow nails for the third day of the 31 Day Challenge match perfectly Suicide Awareness Day. It is a beautiful cause and if you wore yellow today or wrote "Love" on your wrist you, sir or madame, have my respect. :)
Well, for this day I decided to go for a really simple design and went for white polka dots!

I used Finger Paints Art Nouv-Yellow as my base color and Orly White Tips for the polka dots I did with a small dotting tool.

Sorry about the state of my cuticles :s

This was a very simple but cute manicure that I'm enjoying wearing. I hope you liked this simple desing and I'll see you later this week (I hope!) :)
Please spread the word about Suicide Awareness Day and help this beautiful cause. Every 40 seconds someone commits around the world and it would be amazing if someday we could stop this. And if you know about someone going through a tough time, support them, you don't know what it would mean to them.

31DC2013 Day 2: Orange Nails!

You thought I had forgotten about this again? Oh, heck no!! I actually did my nails on friday but had lots of things going and could only post this until now. Besides I wore my red nails for more days than I thought... And I'm sure I'll be having my yellow post tomorrow, which happens to meet the Suicide Awareness Day that has yellow as their support color and "Love" written on the wrist as a show of support too. I'm always happy to join a cause like that:)

So... anyways here are my orange nails for the second day opf the 31 Day Challenge 2013!

For this design I used Color Club Wham! Pow! and Color Club Best Dressed List.

I love the contrast between a nude color and a neon color, and also the simplicity of this mani. I only used striping tape over Best Dressed List to make de straight lines.

This was a simple design but I really liked the color combo, I realized I didn't have lots of oranges to pick from so I ended using  this neon shade.

I hope you liked this mani and I hope to see you very soon for the third day! :)

31DC2013 Day 1: Red Nails!

Hiiiii, beautiful criatures!! I'm sorry I posted this until now but, you know yesterday was Sunday Funday and I didn't get the chance to photograph my nails.
As soon as I saw it was Red Nails day I started thinking about what color would go with red and I decided to go with a glamorous gold accent.
With no more to say, here they are, my Red Nails:)

For this design I used China Glaze Cranberry Splash for my red base and China Glaze Swing Baby for the gold accents. I waited until my base color had dried and then with tape I did the V lines and painted over them with Swing Baby.

Featuring the little ring my brother gave me as a present that days "Te amo" which means "I love you". Aww isn't it lovely? Of course I had to include it! Lol.

I'm really enjoying this mani, it's so formal and holiday-esque, of course I'm using it for New Year's!! Haha, I hope you enjoyed this and I'm looking forward to show you my next designs for the 31DC2013!! :D
Btw, I'm not doing the challenge everyday, but every three or four days since I like to wear my mani for a little while:) So, I'll see you later this week!

Love, Pam♥
